Temi Otedola, actress and daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, has officially changed her surname to Ajibade after tying the knot with Nigerian singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi.
The couple, who announced their engagement in April 2022, held a series of private weddings across three countries.
Their celebrations began in Monaco on May 9, coinciding with the late birthday of Mr Eazi’s mother.
This was followed by a traditional Yoruba wedding at the Otedola family home in Dubai, and they capped it off with a white wedding ceremony in Iceland in August.
A check on Temi’s Instagram page now shows her profile name updated to Temiloluwa Ajibade.
The billionaire daughter’s decision to drop her famous surname for her husband’s has sparked widespread attention online, with many praising her for the choice despite the prestige and influence long associated with the Otedola name.
