A South African author, Duduzile Noeleen Ngwenya, gave it back to an X user who trolled her after she showed off her brand new car and gushed about her best selling books.
Noeleen had shared photos of her car and also talked about her prayer life, how much God has blessed her, adding that she wouldn’t want a man that will dim her success.
“On a serious note. I have like 3-4 prayer sessions a day for the past 2 years. This includes our family devotion. I cannot have someone nullify my success or try to silence me. When I tweet about my books being bestsellers, my place or my new 4×4, yey, it’s all because I’m in awe of God. That man has honoured so many of my plans,” she wrote on Tuesday.
Commenting on the post, an X user wrote; “Your standards are too high, see you at 40.”
The author replied, saying that the older she gets, the higher her standards.
“My standards grow with me lol, I won’t even see you at 40,” she wrote.
