Sharing of wrappers to women is called gifting not empowerment

A Kogi man, Kamiru Zubairu, has addressed politicians in his state, who, according to him, are sharing wrappers to women under the guise of empowerment. 

“Kogi central politicians, sharing of wrappers to women is called gifting not empowerment please,” he wrote.
