\Media personality VJ Adams has called out young men for focusing on the wrong things when it comes to dating and relationships.
In a trending video, the TV host compared how women approach relationships to how men do, stating that women often ask serious questions when introduced to a man, like “What does he do?”
VJ Adams, however, criticised men for ignoring such relevant checks and instead prioritising looks alone.
He said:
“Afa, see young boys… I don’t know, by now, you people still do not have sense, but I will help you, that’s why ègbón adugbo is here. Look at your female folks, whenever they are discussing amongst themselves and one of them wants to introduce a new man, the first question they are going to ask is: *What does he do?* They want to check if he has asked them out before or toasted them before. But Sheri eyin boys yi, idiot ni, idiot ni. Ọmọ, this your baby carry sha… never asking important questions.”
