‘See New York’ – Social critic, Scott Iguma, mocks Ikate area of Lagos after Saturday’s downpour led to serious flooding in the area (video)

Social critic, Scott Iguma, has mocked the Ikate area of Lagos state after a heavy downpour in the state on Saturday, May 17, left the area with heaving flooding. 

While driving past the area, Scott filmed a video showing dirty flooded water with many passersby’s forced to walk in it.
