Discussing the unaired scenes the dance teacher, 25, revealed she was in ‘complete and utter shock’ at the awful situation that left her feeling ‘triggered.’
Luke, 30, was ejected from the series after having a physical fight with Jordan and has further angered Channel 4 bosses with his social media posts.
MailOnline then exclusively revealed that he had been axed from filming the six-month-on reunion special amid the fallout, while his wife Jay Howard, 31, was allowed to join the cast to film earlier this month.
Speaking to Johnny Seifert on Secure The Insecure Podcast this week, Erica reflected on the shocking altercation.

She told the host: ‘As soon as it happened, my initial reaction was I was in complete and utter shock – I couldn’t actually believe it had just happened.
‘As soon as the cameras had left the room, it was just me and Jordan and we had welfare there with us as well. I completely broke down. Luke was proper, like, punching into him.
‘Jordan couldn’t do anything. It was as if he was, he had his hands tied behind his back.
‘I think he knew “if I throw a punch here, if I get aggressive, I’m gone”, and he didn’t want it to get to that. It was just awful to see your partner in that kind of situation.’
Erica explained how she was left feeling ‘triggered’ due to past experiences with violence.
In the episode, Luke and his wife Jay reflected on the multiple rows they’ve been having, with Luke concluding Jordan had been ‘twisting’ his words to the group.
He angrily stormed out of his home and started hammering Jordan’s door down, instead of attempting to have a calm conversation – as Jay wished for.
Tension rose very quickly as Luke stepped inside Jordan’s home and shoved Jordan, provoking him to fight back.

Jay and Jordan’s wife Erica tried to pull the boys back from the brawl, but a security member from the crew had to step into stop the fight.
It comes after Luke took to Instagram to comment on his ban and confirmed that he will still appear in Wednesday and Thursday’s reunion episodes, despite being axed from another upcoming reunion.
He told how both he and Jay will be back on screens with the rest of the cast this week as the reunion specials were filmed before his axing from the later reunion.
In a video, he said: ‘That isn’t this reunion, this is another reunion I’ve been banned from. This reunion was filmed before and it goes out on Wednesday and Thursday this week, so me and Jay are back on your screens.’
‘You’re going to see what’s happened off-camera and a whole rundown of our relationship,’ he added.
He has also been reprimanded for speaking about his experiences on a celebrity podcast despite cast members being under strict instructions not to reveal show secrets.
MailOnline recently revealed that Luke was told that he wasn’t welcome to take part in the six-months-on special, which was filmed in a secret location in East Sussex earlier this month.
A source told MailOnline: ‘Luke’s relationship with Channel 4 has deteriorated since his axing was aired.
‘Not only did he come to blows with Jordan but he’s also used threatening language towards him on social media, which of course the channel deems unacceptable.
‘Luke has spoken out about his experiences filming the show and no doubt will do so again… the trust between him and Channel 4 has been lost.
‘He doesn’t feel great knowing that the majority of the cast are filming the special and his invite was well and truly retracted but they feel that right now his attitude is too difficult to manage.’
Speaking out: After Luke was banned from filming a six-month-on special this month, he confirmed that he will still be appearing in Wednesday and Thursday’s reunions
Luke was axed from the series after banging on the door of Jordan’s apartment where he lived with wife Erica and starting a fight with his co-star.
Luke was furious after discovering that Jordan had spoken badly about him to his wife Jay, claiming that he would be likely to cheat on her if he could get away with it.
Following weeks of tension, Luke saw red and swung for Jordan, who has spoken about his past trauma with domestic violence.
As a result of his aggressive behaviour, Luke was removed from the programme with Channel 4, who have a ‘zero-tolerance policy towards violence’, saying his actions were unacceptable.
