A man and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man’s body was found in the street in South Yorkshire.
Police were called to an incident in Rotherham at 1.20am where they discovered the body of a man.
Officers have secured two crime scenes and have been looking for evidence related to the crime.

South Yorkshire Police said: ‘A 26-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder in London, and this is now being treated as a murder investigation.
‘Officers attended Doncaster Road after the man’s body was found at about 1.20am today, and also Badsley Moor Lane in relation to an incident of public disorder. Formal identification is yet to take place.
‘The scene at Doncaster Road has now been cleared and the road has reopened. Badsley Moor Lane remains closed near the junction with Victoria Avenue.’
Police asked members of the public to stay away from the crime scenes until the officers are finished gathering evidence .
